You must be an active Betfair account holder to be able to use the Traderline software.
You cannot use the application if you’re under 18 years old.
2.1 Access to, and use of Traderline is subject to the terms and conditions of use (the "Terms).
2.2 Traderline provides a service for Betfair account holders. The information on Traderline is not directed at residents of the United States and is not intended for publication in, or use by, any person in any country or jurisdiction where such application or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. It is your responsibility to ensure that your access and use of Traderline is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.3You must be a registered Betfair account holder to have access to the information and services available on Traderline.
3.1 While we have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website and Traderline, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information over time. We’ll do our best to always keep the website and the informations available up to date.

3.3 All material on Traderline’s website, including, but not limited to; text, content, software, video, sound, graphics, illustrations, artwork, names, logos and trademarks are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other proprietary rights.

4.1 Information on Traderline’s website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Traderline app is compatible with your mobile device or that it will run uninterrupted.
4.2 Traderline Mobile is available for mobile devices running on Android and iOS operating systems only.
4.3 You acknowledge that we may from time to time suspend the availability in order to carry out routine maintenance, perform upgrades, nightly backups and so forth. You further acknowledge that we may change the Content or technical specifications of any aspect of Traderline at any time.
4.4 We are not responsible for indirect losses (including but not limited to loss of profits, business, revenue, opportunity, data or software) whether based on contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, which result as a side effect to the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us.
4.5 Traderline does not take responsibility by any change in the legal context that enforces the closure of its services locally or globally. This change in the legal context comprehends but is not limited to prohibition or requirement of specific local licenses.
4.6 Traderline's service and obligations cease with the termination of the service.
5.1 Subscription plans – You acknowledge that you will be granted unlimited usage for the requested period. Once said period has expired, you must purchase a new plan.
5.2 If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services provided or would like to raise a payment dispute, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
6.1 We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. We, among with Betfair, are the sole owners of information collected by Traderline. We will never share your information without your prior consent.
7.1 We will return the funds spent on subscriptions if Traderline app for mobile devices happen to have any sort of malfunction or error that may render it unusable for the intended purpose.
